We'll come to you and fix it on site, or take it away to our workshop. You can expect quality results at a reasonable price from the CompuSmiths. We will even work to suit you, either evenings or weekends, whenever you need us.
Training and Desk-Top Publishing services also available. Jacqui is a professional teacher and an award winning desktop publisher, having won two Sir Julius Vogel awards for her work.
Our rates are for general technical work: $60 per hour (minimum half hour) plus parts plus a $10.00 call out fee. All prices include GST. We appreciate that budgeting and monetary constrants mean that you cannot pay immediately so we try to be lenient. However, if you desire to pay in installments, we would request that they be regular and kept up to date. This page contains our payment policy.
We will guarantee hardware repairs for a month but cannot guarantee software repairs owing to the volatile nature of software.
We can provide new parts and will build your new computer to your instructions. We have second hand machines for sale which have Windows XP licenses and will be installed with free software.
